The weather in North Carolina is starting to feel like autumn, and that makes me really happy. I've pulled out all of my huge sweaters and scarfs. I want to share a variety of my outfits on the blog. Including my everyday wear, as well as my more "dressier" outfits. This is an outfit that's perfect for chiller days, like going to the mountains or to the coffee shop. When I'm picking out an outfit in the morning it's important to find something that I'm comfortable in. xo, N P.S. Outfit details of where I got everything are at the bottom of the post! Fashion is a way for people to express themselves physically. I love waking up every morning and deciding what I want to wear. I think about what I want to achieve in this outfit, then I select my outfit accordingly. Today I met my friends at a cafe (typical) and shopped in Brooklyn with my mom! My outfit for the day included a black floppy hat, tinted blue glasses, a simple leather choker, a gold snake bracelet, long sleeves lace shirt, tied up leather skirt and black flats. xo, N P.S. Big thanks to Stef at La di da dee for styling this outfit! If you are ever in Williamsburg, Brooklyn stop by her shop. I'm in love with everything! P.S.S. I'm not Spanish, but I felt like a Spanish girl in this outfit, haha. Wool Fedora - La di da dee

One, the people here are from all over the World. It's so amazing to meet new people that have different cultures, lifestyle and languages than you. Two, New York City has the best cafés. I spend most of my time in cafés doing schoolwork or meeting with friends (to try a new macaroon flavor). Three, this city has hands down the best stores. Four, the city at night is breathtaking. The lights from the skyscrapers are magical. They look like twinkling fireflies in the night sky. Five, you can never be bored in New York City. Seriously never, just when you think you've done everything there's always something you have to do next. New York City has a part of my heart. xo, N
If you've read one of my newest articles "FOLLOW ME 2 : CONEY ISLAND" you already know that I was in Coney Island recently! I went for a day to see what it was all about! I went with one of my good friends Mayleen. She shot me a year ago in Miami and we have been close ever since! Saturday morning I met Mayleen in Brooklyn and we took a one hour subway ride to Coney Island. When we arrived we went straight for food (typical me). After we got all of our junk food cravings out we explored. There was music blasting and people dancing in the middle of the streets. It was nothing like I had ever seen before! It was such a fun experience. Now I can cross it off of my bucket list! Here is my #OOTD. Hope you enjoy! xo, N P.S. Outfit details are at the bottom of the post. Yankees Baseball Hat - MLB Store

One of my favorite things to do in the fall is switch out my wardrobe. I drag out my huge sweaters and tuck away my bathing suits till next year. Along with clothes I love to switch out my handbags! A girl's handbag is one of her most precious items. It's where she holds the items she can't live without. So I have decided to gather up all of my favorite handbags of the season and share them with you. Every time I visit New York I always make time to go to the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens. I don't know if you know this but I'm obsessed with flowers, especially roses, hence my blog name. The last time I came it was fall and the flowers were vibrant with all different colors. Although it is summer and the colors are not as vivid it is still amazing and stunning. Every time I come here I feel like Alice in Wonderland when she's running in the fields with the white rabbit. It's crazy how stunning nature is when you take a closer look. Growing up in the Carolinas I am always surrounded by nature. Living in New York this summer I have had to take time to search for it. Never take it for granted. ღ xo, N P.S. Sadly, my summer days are slowing down and my school books are starting to make a reapperance. I have been trying to fit in all the little things I want to do in the city before I head home, including meeting up with friends. Since being here I have been catching up with old friends and making new ones! The other day I went to Brooklyn to meet some of them for lunch. Brooklyn is such a hip place. Every time I go down in the subway in Manhattan and come up in Brooklyn I get a totally different vibe. The stores, restaurants and people are so different to me. I get a more "homey" feel. If that even makes sense? Haha. Here is my outfit of the day. Hope you enjoy! xo, N Sunglasses - Forever 21

I'm constantly inspired by new things around me. This causes me to change my style every so often. There's no better place to try new things than New York City. It's so fun to meet new people everyday. Something that I love about NYC is that there's always something to do. Today I went by the Hudson River to snack on some french fries (total cheat meal) & sip on some blueberry lemonade. Hope you enjoy! xo, N P.S. Follow me on snapchat at nicolechinuntde for more!
