Friday morning I had to wake up early to go to a meeting. I took the subway with my mom and realized I had some free time to spend, so I went to Ladureé! Ladureé is my favorite macaroon cafe. I had never sat down at the restaurant. I usually just grab a pastry and go. But today I sat down and had some some fresh fruit with mint for breakfast. Then I went to my meeting. After my meeting I took the subway to Central Park! I went into a couple of stores and then grabbed lunch at the Plaza. After lunch I went to the MET (the Metropolitan Museum of Art). They had an amazing new fashion exhibit! Sadly I couldn't take pictures, but the room was all dark. There where lights shinning on the beautiful gowns. After the MET I went back to my hotel and took a nap. Then when I woke up and went to The Top of the Rock. It's so gorgeous at night time. You could see all of the city lights. Sweet dreams x

Wednesday morning I woke up bright and early and got some breakfast right down the street from my hotel. Then when I came back I did some school work. Soon after that I packed up my bag and put on my heels to run to castings for the day! In between castings I went to this gorgeous park and picked up a green juice to drink in between breaks. I love green juice because it fills you up with great nutrients and its delicious! After I finished working for the day I went up to the Empire State Building! Its so gorgeous up there, I took so many pictures. To end the day I went to the famous Macy's store and did a little bit of shopping and I grabbed some dinner. Hello everyone, New York is absolutely amazing! So before I talk about day 1 I will talk about the day we arrived. Our flight was around 12pm so of course I slept all the way here. Luckily, my mom woke me up and I got to see all of the city up in the air. I saw the Statue of Liberty, The Empire State Building and Central Park. We landed around 1pm and then we took a taxi to the city. The taxi driver was hilarious he could barely speak any English but he got us to our hotel! So, when I opened the door to the hotel room it was very nice but very tiny. But I'm not complaining I wanted all of the NYC experiences. We left our luggage at the hotel and headed out to hit the streets. We did a little of shopping and then got some food. We went to this gluten free/vegan cafe and picked up some dinner. I got some veggies and a juice. Then we just crashed that night to prepare for the next day. Tuesday morning was my first full day in New York. I had four castings to run to. I wore my high heel booties to run around in the city.... not a smart idea. After I finished all of the castings I got macaroons and some dinner. When I got back to the hotel my legs were so tired. I watched the Bachelorette and drank tea. It was a great way to end my day. sweet dreams x
This week has been crazy, hectic, amazing and so much fun! It was by far my busiest week this year. With all of the things I had to juggle I also had school work! On Tuesday, I shot with Belk. That was a lot of fun, because I met a lot of amazing and talented people. It was for their online catalog! It was my first time working with them. Then on Thursday I went to Charleston and worked on a secret project. I want to tell you guys what it is, but I can't. I pinky promised! When they announce what the project is you will be the first ones to know! I always enjoy traveling to Charleston, the stores, food and people are all amazing. Lastly, on Saturday night we drove to Cincinnati. It took us eight hours to get there. Luckily, the drive was filled with gorgeous mountain scenery! This shoot was so much fun. It was for the Cincinnati Magazine. I loved this shoot because all of the looks were completely different. For my birthday I got a Nikon D5200 and Im obsessed with it. I love to take it to shoots and trips. I can't wait to see all of the pictures from each of the shoots from this week. I will definitely share them as soon as I get them! Talk to you soon xx
