Heart Of Gold

I can't believe a month has already flown by in New York City. This city is exciting, fast, overwhelming and interesting all jumbled into one. So it's important to spend some time for yourself doing things that you love.

Personally I enjoy spending an afternoon in Central Park with friends, trying new ice cream places in the city (because who doesn't love ice cream), going to a movie screening in the park or even sitting by the river and opening up a new book. It's the little things.

​The city is a lot from time to time, so in order for me to stay sane I incorporate the things I love into my daily routine. Life is overwhelming in general. So I suggest, no matter where you are, spend some time for yourself doing little things that you love. xo, N
