Taking time for yourself is one of the most important things you can do for your body and mind. Life is short and can go by so fast. Sometimes we just need some quiet time to recenter ourselves. Personally I love to go outside for a hike, lay on the hammock or take a swim. These pictures were taken a couple weeks ago in Miami. On a Sunday I decided to eat my absolute favorite fruit in the world (mangoes!!), and read a book. Here is my outfit of the day. Hope you enjoy!
